My parents are visiting Vienna for their anniversary and I wanted to surprise them with some nice chocolate to be left in their hotel room.
I tried ordering from the site, but could not find an option for same-day-delivery, so I called them.
The person who answered me was very polite and helpful, updated the site with the relevant option and even added a small note for them from me.
About half an hour later I got an email the order was supplied.

We visited Xocolat while on our Food Safari with Bianca. What an amazing chocolate shop. When you step inside just take a second to smell the air. It smells of the most amazing chocolate. Everything upstairs is made in house by Xocolat and they have a huge international section downstairs. Make sure to visit Nancy! She was a delightful woman to meet and was so extremely helpful. She was very patient and described the different chocolates to us. We loved the chocolate so much we came back after the tour to buy more. Definitely stop by and check out the store!
